Polybags
Extruded polytube is converted on our bag machines into polybags (polyethylene plastic). The majority of our polybags are made from low density polyethylene (or LDPE). They can also be made in medium density (MDPE) and high density (HDPE).
Depending on the end use of the polybag, the plastic can be manufactured in the following designs:
- gusseted bag
- perforated bag on roll
- bottom seal plastic bag
- side seal plastic bag
- tinted, opaque or clear (natural)
- die cut handles
- perforation holes
Commercial Polybags
We custom manufacture polybags for a variety of different industries including fresh produce, landscaping, mining, veterinary, retail and general packaging. We even make record covers and bags for fish and coral export.
